What used to be a small quaint one story beach cottage is now a beautiful three story 7 bedroom 7.5 bath beach house that has views of the ocean from almost every window. The goal was to keep the home neutral in color, coastal but not “beach tacky,” and timeless. Simple designs is what made these clients most comfortable since they were transitioning from a small home into a large one. Small pops of color were used on the exterior siding, stair runner, and in a few bathrooms. This neutral canvases allowed the family to move any color furniture and décor into their new space.
