Rachel Needham is the Lead Designer of Needham Interiors. She has been in the design industry since 2012, but has had a passion for it since she could walk. After graduating from Flagler College, the born and raised Virginia Beach resident landed her first official design job at Atmosphere Interiors in St. Augustine, Florida. Her experience designing in Florida and Virginia makes her no stranger to coastal interiors. While coastal style is popular in our area, Rachel can do any design style with ease. One of her favorite parts of the job is teaching clients about design and what design decision were made and why. She loves to see the excitement when a client loves their finished space.  She says, “True creativity and talent is shown when the mind is challenged.” Her elementary school art teacher once taught her that a real artist builds off of mistakes and that could not be truer in the design world. Obstacles help create the uniqueness of the finished project.  When working with Rachel, you will see her love and passion for design within the first few minutes of meeting her. Mixing the style of the client with the services of a designer and you get something great!

Needham Brothers Inc. or NBI for short, is family owned and operated. It was started by two of the Needham brothers in Virginia Beach and has been serving the Hampton Roads area with construction needs since 1981. Flash forward to 2019, NBI is now run by George Needham (President) and his daughter Rachel Needham (Interior Designer/Vice President).
