Needham Interiors is a full service interior design company in Virginia Beach, Va. Operating under a class A contractors  license of the corporate name of Needham Brothers Inc., we are ready to take on any project ranging from small bathroom remodels to large new construction builds. We are a turn key company meaning that you do not have to lift a finger if you don’t want to. Building or remodeling can be stressful juggling it while continuing with your daily schedule. We work along side builders and contractors to help smooth the process for our clients. Living on the beach, we can do coastal style with our eyes closed, but that is not the only style we can do.

Your home is your space and should reflect YOU. We will work with you to create your ideal style with a designer’s magic touch. Whatever style you want, Needham Interiors can design, furnish, and decorate your home so all you have to do is “turn the key” to enter into the space of your dreams.

1. Once Needham Interiors is contacted, we will reach out to discuss what the project entails. An in-person meeting will then be scheduled.

2. During the meeting, the designer and client discuss the goals for the project including, start date, end date, budget, style, and all other details needed for the designer to understand the vision the client has in their head. If this is a remodel or new construction project, it is best if the builder is present.

3. A lot of times, clients do not know their preferred style. They are encouraged to send the designer inspiration and example photos of spaces they like or dislike. This helps everyone get on the same page and also helps the designer capture the design taste of the clients.

4. If it is a new construction or remodel with a builder, the builder sets the deadlines for material and design selections. The designer will schedule appointments at local floor, tile, cabinet, plumbing, countertop, etc. showrooms to select materials with the client to meet these deadlines. If the client does not wish to be involved in the selection process, all materials will be decided by the designer.

Written approval is required before anything is purchased by the designer. Once approved, the client is responsible for any cancellation or return fees. Needham
